Saturday the April 28th was a beautiful day for us here at Ft. Campbell, and so we decided to go down to Nashville for a morning session at the Temple and an afternoon visit the Zoo. Our last zoo trip, though at sub-freezing temperatures, was a ton of fun. It was however much too cold for the elephants to come out, and they are James favorite. This time the weather was perfect. The Nashville Zoo is a good moderate size compared to St Louis, but the best part in our opinion was that the near majority of the walking paths are shaded with trees, bamboos, etc. Two big thumbs up from our fair-skinned entourage. Many of the Zoo pictures are on different media, but by the time this is posted and videos are loaded, you'll get a full glimpse of it all. Enjoy!
